Possess fair understanding and knowledge of Quality Control instruments (Whirling Hygrometer, Hyperdermic Needle Gauge, ISO comparator, Profile Gauge, Chlor Test Kit, Bresle Patch, DFT instruments, Pull Off adhesion tester, Holiday Detector, Tooke Gauge etc.) to monitor ambient condition and painting practices including destructive and non-destructive tests, inspection procedure etc.
